1998 Greg, age 5, is living a normal life with his parents. He has a very close, spiritual relationship with his maternal grandmother and a close relationship with his father.

2000 Greg, age 7, survived a horrific automobile accident in which both of his parents were killed. After release from the hospital, he went to live with his Aunt Louise and her family. He was adopted by his Aunt and Uncle.

2004 Greg, age 11, became close with his Aunt, now stepmother and his stepsister Michelle. His Uncle Adam resented the closeness between his wife, stepson, and his daughter. He focused his attention on Michelle, especially in sports, while becoming abusive to Louise and Greg.

2011 Greg, age, 18, is living with his stepmother as he finishes high school His step parents have gotten divorce because of Adam’s anger and abuse. He remains close to his cousin as well, but is still very troubled by his parent’s death and now the separation of his step family. He is finally seeing a therapist who specializes is PTSD.
